A couple from Nova Scotia, staying in a hotel in Mexico for their daughter’s wedding, reportedly died during intercourse inside a hot tub after the husband suffered a sudden heart attack. The husband, 67 years old, died after the heart attack and is believed to have "squashed" his wife, whose death was caused by "asphyxiation by submersion." Their bodies were later discovered by their daughter, according to the Daily Mail.
