Christchurch's oldest surviving movie theatre is for sale in the first time for over 30 years.
Nigel Warnes has owned the Hollywood 3 theatre building in Sumner since the 1970s. He leases it to Lang and Maureen Masters who have owned and run the cinema business for over 50 years.
Warnes is now selling the property, with the Langs staying on as tenants.
