jumping the fence at night
to pick butts out of the ashtrays
i didnt discourage it
wasnt hurting anyone

No it was in yours actually, I was in car waiting for Mr just watching the world go by as you do when several peeps at diff times past by & swooped down the curb & picked up butts. I've seen them around here picking up the fag ends.
There used to be a chain smoker across the road. One of those types that throw a 1/3rd of the smoke away then light another. She had this habit of flicking the old fag over the high iron fence. The school kids use to congregate outside and there was like a lolly scramble to get the butt to get a few drags out of it.

would provide 10 smokers a lifetimes needs
saving thousands of dollars

only because of the tax dodge tho banned
70% of the cost of tobacco is tax
it doesnt take a genius to figure out
that if you can produce 4lbs of product
from one plant
which is easy and legal to grow
that it is only a short hop
to the dark side to get rid of it
all you are doing is dodging tax
a far lesser charge than
cultivation/supply of cannabis
