I read since serco took over they slashed back the guards and now the prisons are understaffed. Probably to save money. Wow

With these drones that are available to the public it would be quite easy to get phones over the wall now. See just remove the camera and replace with a cell phone and then fly it over the wall, leave a few minutes for the crim to get the camera off, and fly it back all done remotely.
