Crazy and name surpression too. Shouldnt be allowed once there is a guilty verdict.
Theres been heaps of news posts about this. Do you think Grace's past sexual history should have been allowed to be reported on?

I see it as, everyone has a right to a defence but judges should ring fence media reporting in some cases.

Life, with a minimum sentence of 17 years.
The prosecution in my girls case is going for preventive detention due to his escalating level of violence against women.

Life, with a minimum sentence of 17 years. The prosecution in my girls case is going for preventive detention due to his escalating level of violence against women. What does preventive detention mean? It means that after the minimum parole period is reached, you can only be released with the approval of the queens representative, and then only if you have strong family support in the community, and the parole board feels you are no longer ANY threat to the public. Makes the chance of getting out slim. There are people still in prison today on PD, that were in with me 30 years ago....
