Nelson Mandela wife Winnie has passed away
She kept the memory of her imprisoned husband Nelson Mandela alive during his years on Robben Island and helped give the struggle for justice in South Africa.

i find myself in two
minds
guilty of fraud
and some such else
advocated violence and death to
white people
was among ANC leadership
by default
of marriage rather than the
hard yards requisite to attain the
leadership/political skills needed
she was a notable statesman
of the South African freedom movement
but the Mother of South Africa?
