We have a 20 litre plastic drum of water, radio, candles, gas cans, BBQ, lantern and dry foods to last a couple of weeks.

Yep, we have emergency supplies at home and at hubby's work. Got them organised more or less since I came to Welly in 2003, and no matter how much I know about the farting earth, I still get scared witless.

I keep the ute gassed up... it will easily back through the front doors of pac n save.... all the items I require in an emergency are in there. Christ if you are going to do that IBE, you may as well back into New World and get some decent stuff!  |
