Going to check out some work in the morning. Hopefully it pans out for me. Mainly propagating at this stage and some Pruning if I want. Later on it will be picking, grading and packing Flowers.  |

Cheers. Walked into an absolute nightmare this morning. The place is in a hell of a mess. These 2 young guys have leased it for 6 months with right to buy after that. They sure have got their work cut out for them and I do hope they do well. In saying that, I have the most knowledge regarding propagation so this is my job. Which has worked out well cos I have just given them what hours I feel up to doing at the moment. They are happy with that. Onwards and upwards. |

Don't give away too much of the knowledge, they won't be paying enough for it. My Dad always says don't give 100% of yourself to any job, you don't leave something for yourself then. Actually, my Mum says the same of relationships too. |
