Not one here either.
I had a friend in Aussie that was sick of the older kids milking it so he'd sit and cut carrot rings and wrap them in foil and cellophane so they would look like lollies and give them out. It did cross my mind but I had better things to do to be honest lol

being a dentist, Her majesty had toothpaste and toothbrushes to give out.... but we only got the one lot of kids coming up the drive.... unfortunately at the same time as I had a tremendously large toke on my bong..... the ensuing cough, made the group of kiddies turn an run back down the drive.... they made it half way up, but hearing that noise... thought better of it.... oh well, never mind.... now my youngest has a 5 year supply of toothpaste and toothbrushes...as of course... I dont need them anymore.. |

My mum was a dental nurse. We got a toothbrush and toothpaste every time the toothfairy visited with our money, at Easter with our Easter Eggs and at Christmas with our treats in our stocking. She'd even put fruit in our xmas stocking too. Funny thing is I'm not a dental nurse but have also done the same with my daughter when she was younger.
