Equal pay is law. It is not practice. Pay parity is slightly different, and is not law, or practice.

probably because they industries that are also dominated by men who have no formal education, zero qualifications and only require brute strength So what?... Well obviously, that decreases their ability to command a better wage doesn't it What you have to look at is the fact that occupations are lesser paid when they are occupations dominated by women, when similarly qualified occupations that are dominated by men, are paid higher wages. If you compare like for like, you find that there is no pay parity between women and men.

As vital and interesting as the pay parity discussion is, I believe it's somewhat off topic. With regard to the original query, "Why are women so emotional - and silly" it could easily be argued "because the men who encounter this are idiots who cause and deserve it" but that's stooping a tad low. People, in general, are silly on occasion. People, in general, have feelings. Men, in general, are taught to quash those. I think OP might envy women their freedom of expression in this.
Or he's just trying to start a bun-fight.

Nah , it pisses me off when a perfectly logical discussion is ruined when one party gets emotional and goes off topic....just look at im banned....he loves to think with his vagina.
