I was there and met wai before he went to the big house. Very nice human no bullshite unlike one of the others I met. I went to MB2 after eoti and actually found admin there to bea strait up guy IRL. Fun days! Oh yeah Hi Andri  |

Two years abstinence for me. Only recently tending to lifestyle habits and incorporating more veges and fruits and my goodness its made all the difference to my energy levels. The difference is like night and day. I remember you doing the same thing years back and wished I could and now Im on that path. 👍 |

I remember you doing the same thing years back and wished I could and now Im on that path. 👍 That's so cool I am very excited for you Andri I have stayed gluten free and sugar free for 6 years and I have been rice and potato free for a year. I have only eaten fresh whole foods no processed for 4 years and I feel the best ever better than I was in my twenties and thirties. No red meat just salmon and chicken and the young Mrs says I'm doing a marvellous job at 60 lol. I encourage anyone to give up the poisons and eat fresh and your arthritis and stomach just disappears. Alcohol and drugs are just pain killers anyway |
