I have got 60 days at my current rent price and then I will know tomorrow I think as to what price they are going to raise it to. I have a feeling it will be beyond my budget so I shall start looking for something else soon.

So the latest on the property. I have until December 2nd to find somewhere else to live. The new owners reckon they can get
$385 per week for my little flat so bloody good luck to them. Out of my price range.
They are new people to the LL world and haven't got a clue about anything. The whole front flat is still all scrim so that
has to be taken off and replaced with Gib. He has been watching lots of Youtube Videos for diy processes! Bloody hell.
Young Asian couple who are going to need all the help they can get I think.
