I'm fair melting again. I cannot wait for some cooler temps and some rain.
Very quiet out in the streets today. No-one can afford the bloody petrol. Waitomo was 2.80 I think. Mobil showed $3.05!
Daylight robbery.

Yay it's raining. At long bloody last, a decent rainfall. Still not cold though but thats okay.

I don't leave the property for any Open Homes or viewings. If it puts people off being nosy into cupboards
and things, well good job. lol
It's not like the place is for sale for potential buyers to live in. All anyone is looking for is a quick money
making investment and that isn't going to happen.

I have been known to sabotage the odd sale by doing similar or pointing out faults that would be costly to purchaser to fix. All done on the quiet of course |

Oh I do that - not to be nasty or anything but the buyer needs to know. It is obvious this place needs a lot of work if
they want to start charging horrendous rents, so yeah, I do tell them. I also make sure they know that all the insulation
has been done so it's not all bad.
They can either keep me with a reasonable rent and not have to do anything or get me to leave and spend a heap of money
getting the place up to spec.

Moaning hey TG did you get the thunder & lightning last night
At first we thought it was the kids in our street playing then all of a sudden
they disappeared once the lightning started it rained for about 5mins then blue
sky such crazy weather system
