Police Shoot a Man Dead

back in the day I had a rather large ethnically challenged young fulla approach me with a machete
I asked him politely to get off my property and he went out on the road and did a whole lot of noisy stuff for a bit and then his mates took him away
I wonder if I had shot and killed him if approaching me with a machete would have been enough of an excuse to fatally shoot him?
I doubt it

So why did my get 9yrs 9mths for firing 50" stainless nails at them after they told him to "get on the ground" and he said get fucked and then they tazered him but his oil skin coat wouldnt let the tazers in and then he went hard and chased them all over his property yelling very rude things and laughing at them but in his defence he was very drunk at the time lol but he didnt get shot to death jus sayn

Oh and I never got on the ground when the last one yelled at me to either and had a tazer pointed at me but then I was very polite there is no need to be rude
